Purchasing on our site!
Since our site and online store is still very new, we rely heavily on our suppliers to stock our inventory. We show all items as "In Stock" and although we do keep some stock items, some of our items are ordered from the supplier as needed. Items that do not require our direct interaction or handling will generally be dropshipped direct to you, the customer. If we happen to determine that an item is not available, we will advise you of any delays, substitute options, and give you the choice to accept a substitution, wait for the item to be available, or cancel the order. If we cannot provide the item you request we will provide a full refund for your purchase!
If you need to fit a radio and your connector is not shown, contact us to check. It may be available and our list just has not been updated yet, so let us check on it for you!
