Information
1. We will gladly program any radio purchased from our store free of charge!
2. If you don't have existing radios its not as complicated, but if you have existing radios that we need to match the new radios to talk with it is important that we get as much info as possible from you to make sure that everything works as it should. Some of the info we need to collect is:
Frequencies in each channel of existing radios...
PL or DPL info for each channel of existing radios...
Alphanumeric display info when applicable...
Any special uses or applications or functions you have in your existing radios...
Any other info that you are aware of or can provide...
3. With digiital radios there is even more information that may be required, such as ids, and other digital related information, that most users are not going to be familiar with.
4. In some situations it may be necessary or best for you to send us one of your existing radios, so we can determine the necessary settings to make into the new radios.
5. You would be responsible for shipping your existing radio to us. We will either include the
radio with your new radios when they ship, or return it to you separately at our discretion.
