Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. 

At Kencom, we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. But, if your not we want to help. 

1. ALL custom orders are final! A custom order is any order that is not the generic product right off the shelf or out of the box. If we have to do custom engraving, coloring, custom installations, or modifications to a product of any kind this would likely be considered a custom order!

2. If you are not happy with a standard product you have 30 days to return it. The product must be received by us within the 30 day period! AN RMA number is required for return of the product. 

3. If you have an item that is found to be defective within the first 30 days you may return it for return or replacement with a new item. The same 30 day period as item # 2 applies! After 30 days, the item is subject to the manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement!

4. All returned items must be in brand new condition with no damage to the unit. All acccessories and items that came with the unit must be included! All original packaging must be included with no markings of any kind, (writing, etc.)

5. Finally and very importantly, all returns of any kind must have an RMA (return material authoriation) number! The RMA # must be marked on the shipping label! Failure to obtain and provide the RMA # will cause the return to be denied.
