Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. In stock items will usually ship the same day or by the following day. Items which require programming etc., per your request, will usually ship within 3 business days! Custom or special service item requests ship as stated in our quoted response to your request! Items which must drop ship from the manufacturer will usually drop ship the same day or by the following day depending upon time of order. Items we order from the manufacturer and cannot be dropshipped due to us having to perform some service, programming, custom work, etc. will usually take 3-4 days more for shipping and processing. You will be kept updated as to the status of your order. (See the following disclaimer which is also posted on our store page!)

 

You will receive an email from us as soon as we receive processing your order. We will send another email when the order has shipped. A tracking number will be included in this second email, if one is available. Most domestic items are shipped via UPS.

Our shipping rates can be viewed using the "Estimate shipping" tool in the shopping cart.

For orders shipping within the US, we offer several shipping options: Overnight, 2 day, 3 day, and ground. Ground shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. When calculating your delivery date, be sure to only include business days (Monday through Friday). Packages typically do not move on weekends and carriers do not count weekends (or certain holidays) as days in transit. For example, an order placed Friday with overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

For those customers in our local Lafayette/Acadiana service area, we reserve the right to hand deliver your shipment direct to you ourselves. If we elect to do that, there will be no extra charge for that service above the shipping charge that was already part of your order total!

If your item happens to be out of stock, we will email you immediately and let you choose to cancel your order, choose a different product, or wait for your original product to arrive.

Purchasing on our site!

Since our site and online store is still very new, we rely heavily on our suppliers to stock our inventory. We show all items as "In Stock" and although we do keep some stock items, some of our items are ordered from the supplier as needed. Items that do not require our direct interaction or handling will generally be dropshipped direct to you, the customer. If we happen to determine that an item is not available, we will advise you of any delays, substitute options, and give you the choice to accept a substitution, wait for the item to be available, or cancel the order. If we cannot provide the item you request we will provide a full refund for your purchase!
